  1. Come to the ITS Help Desk, to pick up a network cable. DO NOT bring your desktop or notebook computer with you. We will not be able to configure your computer while you wait, nor will it be accepted for a technician to work on.
  2. If you require a Network Interface Card (NIC) for your computer, you must obtain it and install it on your own.
  3. If you have followed the instructions and are still having problems, please call the Help Desk at 4444. Provide your contact information, including multiple phone numbers if possible. Also provide times during the week when you will be available for technicians from Information Services to come and test the connection.
  4. ITS technicians will meet with you at the agreed upon time and test the connection at your location.
