How to Obtain an E-Mail/Lab User-ID and Password

The Information Services Office will not be able to create your user-id account and password immediately at the time of your enrollment. If you pre-enroll, the user-id and password are printed on the statements you receive in the mail. Subsequently, new accounts are created every afternoon. The account information will typically be available to you the 1 to 2 days after it is created.

  • If you appear in person with a picture ID at the ITS Help Desk (Spiva Library 2nd floor).
  • Call the ITS Help Desk at (659-4444).
