Using the Meridian Mail / Voicemail System

- On Campus: Dial 5000 or press the Message button
- Off Campus: Dial 417-659-4390
Express Messaging:
This allows you to leave a quick voice message for someone without waiting for their greeting to play.

Instructions:

| Logging in: 1. Dial the Meridian Mail access number (Dial 5000 or press the Message button while on campus) 2. Enter your mailbox number, then press # 3. Enter you password, then press # |
Playing the messages: 1. Login to Meridian Mail 2. Press 2 to play the first message 3. To skip back within the message, press 1 4. To skip forward within the message, press 3 5. Press 6 to go to the next message 6. Press 4 to go to the previous message 7. To delete a message, press 76 while playing the message 8. Press 76 again to restore the message |
| Changing your password: 1. Login to Meridian Mail 2. Press 84 3. Enter the new password, then press # 4. Re-enter the new password, then press # |
Recording your greeting: 1. Login to Meridian Mail 2. Press 82 3. Press 1 for external greeting, or 2 for internal greeting 4. To play your current greeting, press 2 5. Press 5 to record a new message. Wait for the tone before speaking. 6. Press # to end recording 7. Press 2 to play the greeting you just recorded 8. Press 76 to delete a greeting 9. Press 4 to return to your mailbox |
