- Determine what Internet Service Provider (ISP) you are using. Check the list of ISPs known to have issues here.
- If you have something other than SBC Global or AT&T, go to step 3.
- After logging in to your ISP, minimize their supplied Internet Browser and open Internet Explorer or Firefox and try logging in again.
- If you still are kicked out, make sure you have the latest Adobe Flash Player installed. Try logging in again.
- If you still have issues logging in, call the Help Desk.
