  1. Determine what Internet Service Provider (ISP) you are using. Check the list of ISPs known to have issues here.
    • If you have something other than SBC Global or AT&T, go to step 3.
  2. After logging in to your ISP, minimize their supplied Internet Browser and open Internet Explorer or Firefox and try logging in again.
  3. If you still are kicked out, make sure you have the latest Adobe Flash Player installed. Try logging in again.
  4. If you still have issues logging in, call the Help Desk.
