GroupWise has built-in support for POP email accounts. POP accounts are the type typically provided for you by your Internet Service Provider (ISP.) Using these instructions, you will be able to receive both your MSSU email and your ISP email accounts using GroupWise.

  1. Open GroupWise. From the Accounts menu choose “Account Options”.

  6. It is recommended that you create a new folder to store emails from this account. Otherwise you could select an existing GroupWise folder to store these emails. Click the Next button to name the new folder and set its position in the list.

  8. From the Accounts menu you can now choose the “Send/Retrieve” option to receive mail from your POP account. This option is not for your MSSU GroupWise account. Your MSSU email will be sent and received as long as you are connected to the Internet while GroupWise is running.
